The Cross X Kristian Curtis

On Thursday 14th September, Adam will be joined by ex-Cross alumnus Kristian Curtis for a collaborative ten-course dinner.

The dinner marks 10 years since Adam and Kristian started cooking together at The Cross and also since the pair achieved the UK's most successful result at the Bocuse d'Or world final.

Kristian has been working for de Banke Group since 2018 in the company's private restaurant, The Table, and will return to the pass at The Cross for one night only. He and Adam have created a unique tasting menu that alternates between the two chefs, including "Seared hand-dived Orkney scallops, roast cauliflower purée, Thai green curry, pickled sultanas, coriander" by Adam and "Hay roasted Devonshire duck, lovage, baby turnips, truffle & elderberry jus" from Kristian.

Places at this special celebration will be priced at £125 per person, which includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
